2019 Early Childhood Education Workshop

KAIRS 8th Annual Early Childhood Education Workshop

March 2, 2019

Overland Park, KS

“Making Sense of Sensory” will feature Cari Ebert, pediatric speech-language pathologist. Cari will bring greater understanding to the way young children take in and respond to sensory information. It’s what makes each child unique.  It also significantly impacts their development and behavior. Additionally, to be in a ready state for learning, all the sensory systems must work together.

Sensory processing and sensory processing disorders can be complicated issues, so how can educators make sense of it all? You won’t want to miss this insightful, information-packed 2019 conference in Overland Park at Christ Lutheran Early Education Center.

Cari will bring her high-energy, evidence-based approach to provide not only insights and information, but also hands-on activities that teachers can apply to their curriculum. Educators will walk away with new activities that make their curriculum sensory-rich.
